You can delete your account yourself, from inside the app or from here.
In the app
Open Account → Delete account. You will be asked to confirm. No email to us is required and nobody has to approve it.
On the web
Sign in, then go to your account page and choose Delete account.
What happens
- Immediately — you are signed out everywhere and can no longer sign in.
- Within 30 days — your name, email and profile are anonymised.
- Your exam records are kept. If you sat an exam at a university, that result belongs to their academic record and we cannot remove it — the same as a paper script in a registry. It is unlinked from your personal details, and the university remains its data controller.
Why we cannot delete a grade
A university has to be able to prove what you were awarded, sometimes years later, for a professional registration or a transcript request. Deleting it on request would make every grade we hold unreliable. If you believe a specific record should not exist, write to your institution's examinations office — they can instruct us, and we act on that.
If you cannot sign in
Email support@examaholics.com from the address on the account. We will verify it is you before doing anything.
